The 2022 Eurovision Song Contest is back for 2022, with the Eurovision final kicking off in Italy's PalaOlimpico Arena with a dramatic performance by host Laura Pausini.

After a tense semi-final, 25 countries qualified for the competition's 66th edition. Russia will not be one of them, having been banned from competing altogether.

Maneskin claimed the Eurovision crown last year, and the hosting country has a strong chance this time around, according to Eurovision odds.

So, who will be taking to the stage in the highly anticipated Eurovision final tonight?

Which acts are not returning to Eurovision 2022?

There are a number of countries both within and outside of the European Broadcasting Union that won't be taking part in Eurovision this year – although the most talked about has to be Russia, which was banned from entering this year's competition in February due to the country's invasion of Ukraine.
